Going to Carrefour makes me happy somehow. Maybe they have some mood-altering drug in the air there.

But from a homemaker's point of view, I do believe that Carrefour has a better selection of products compared to Tesco. But a little bit pricier, yes. Now for reasons of fidelity, you're bound to roam the aisles of Tesco okay! Somehow the way you've portrayed Tesco all this while makes me feel that you're doing something scandalous by going to Carrefour, even if it happened "just once"!! LOL

Responding to Mama Sarah ..
Bergen is of course a he.
The she is a certain 'someone' who shops at Tesco whom he had his eyes on. Kan Bergen?

Mama Rock: Good to have a choice. Don't you think? LOL.

Noni: I've heard the pronunciation in the radio commercial. That's French alright, you pronounce different from the spelling.

QOTH: No, ma'am. I believe she still shops at Tesco. But just in case. LOL.

Nobee: Soon, sir, I will be a Giant kinda guy too.

Thanktankgal: You have to love your grocers, ma'am. That's where you get the ingredients from.

Ariel: Maybe it's the French thing, ma'am.

Xaviera: Corner store is lovely. Personal service.

Mama Sarah: Now I am really confused. Am I male? Oh no.

Tee: Good idea. My next mission shall be to compare prices. They've ran the ad this way i.e price comparison. Gotta go check it out for real.

Anedra: You've got it so right there, ma'am. Yes, when you need to find that someone, Tesco's the place. And if you need to find another one, Carrefour's the one. And so on and so on. Until you've covered 4 superstores.

Ailin: Yes, she did, ma'am. LOL.

Dee3: Petrol station. Hey, that's another insteresting place to check out instead of just going there for a refill. Besides, they've got Dunkin Donut and McDonald and KFC built in. Interesting.

EM: I like that 'ola' thing. I am familiar with 'ole'. The thing they say when a matador performs a perfect pass. You've gotta explain this to us. Is it Oklahoma? My wild guess.

Sayuti: I hope you won't end up like me, sir. I can never get enough of supermarkets, aisles, coupon, trolleys etc. LOL.

Torts: Good idea. Maybe I should sell this idea of advertising their name for a fee.

Simah: We're on the same page on this one, ma'am.

Blabarella: Scandalous. LOL. I like the way you put it. Well, a man has to scout around before he can finally settles down to remain loyal to one person, I mean one supermarket.

OATH: Yes, ma'am. And frankly, I can never take her off my mind. I just have to marry her and make her happy.

I thank you for coming in. Apparently supermarkets play an important role in our life, going by the comments. LOL.

Next: Petrol station.

being in shah alam, its either giant or tesco for me; i so loath the cavenous, warehouse feel of makro.

Maklang: Glad I can make you laugh, ma'am.

Red Kebaya: Yes, ma'am. I find joy in ordinary things you mentioned like tootbrush, detergent, chopping board etc. I celebrate simple things. These are things that can make me happy. That way, it takes a lot to make me sad.

Anggerik Merah: Goes to show that one way or another, no matter where we are, or who we are, supermarkets play an important part in our life. LOL.Unless if you are Queen of England. Come to think of it, poor the queen, she won't know what fun it is to go shopping for groceries.

Nadya: I like that fact about Tesco, Carrefour and Gian in terms of pricing. Will check it out.
